WHO ARE WE?
Serina
Serina is the Head Dance Instructor at Studio 23, and has trained with some of the best dancers in the world. She has performed in Bali, all over Malaysia, and has traveled as far as Egypt to learn Middle Eastern Dance.
Albert
Albert is the Head Coach at Studio 23. He is a certified Core Strength Coach, a Trainer in the Crazy Monkey Defense Program and a Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He is also a Certified Kettlebell Trainer (International Kettlebell and Fitness Federation).
